The 20 appetizers lunchI was too busy to write new posts, at work but also with the project 20 appetizers: a lunch with only appetizers, that we all enjoyed yesterday.

You know some of the appetizers, because they're already here on the blog, the others will be posted soon.
They use many different herbs, some are quick, some more elaborated... bu worth every bit of effort that goes into making them. I will also give you some tips to not go crazy at the end of the day!

The cold appetizers

You can start with an aperitive and then serve the cold appetizers: rolls, brochettes, canapes and salads.
Meantime, in the oven the remaining appetizers are kept warm.

1. Rolled sandwich with Russian salad
2. Fruit brochette with coriander
3. Bresaola roll-ups with rocket and dill
4. Cheese roll-ups with walnuts and marjoram
5. Caprese skewers with oregano
6. Broccoli salad with vinaigrette
7. Pancetta with chestnut honey
8. Zucchini carpaccio
9. Sun-dried tomatoes tapenade
10. Rustic rice salad with chilies

The hot appetizers

Now it's better to give your guests a break, and put the hot appetizers in serving plates.

11. Vol-au-vent with chicken curry
12. Rice timbales with mint
13. Aromatic herbs omelette
14. Brussels sprouts savory pie
15. Chickpeas flour chips with thyme
16. Ham brochette with ssge
17. Speck ham vol-au-vent with marjoram
18. Duchess potatoes with garlic sauce
19. Zucchini and sage patties
20. Baked Brie with Provençal herbs
