Recipe: Aromatic herbs omelette

This recipe is inspired by the Iranian Herb Baked Omelette, but it's less spicy and cooked in a pan like a normal omelette instead of oven-baked.
Try different combinations of aromatic herbs, but dill and mint should not miss.
This is the 13th recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.
You can prepare this omelette in the morning, cut into slices, wrap in aluminum foil and then heat it in the oven with the other hot appetizers.
Aromatic herbs omelette
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp flour
1 pinch cinnamon
1 clove garlic
10g aromatic herbs: dill, coriander, parsley, mint, celery
3-4 cm piece of scallion
Directions
Beat the eggs with the baking powder and cinnamon.
Mince together garlic and aromatic herbs and add to the eggs mixture.
Pour in a skillet with hot oil and cook on both sides.
