Vegetarian and vegan recipes with herbs

Clary sageThe clary sage is a variety of sage with large, thick leaves. I used it for a vegetarian burger recipe.

OnionI also added some onion shoots, more digestible and delicate than onion.

Basil and chives garligTo create a quick snack, I prepared a yogurt sauce with basil and chives garlic...

Tomatoes...and harvested some tomatoes from my rooftop.

We really enjoyed this vegetarian burgers, fresh and tasty, and also my fussy three years old child approved it.

Your veggie burgers look wonderful. I have seen clary sage in essential oils but I have not seen the actual plant before--very interesting. Thanks for sharing with Souper Sundays. ;-)
