Essiccare la scorza dAvendo a disposizione delle arance amare dal mio giardino, preferisco raccogliere la scorza di arancia amara perchè più aromatica. Tuttavia si possono usare anche arance dolci, purchè di provenienza biologica e non trattate.

Pelare le arance e disporre la buccia a asciugare in luogo ventilato per qualche giorno, rigirandole di tanto in tanto.


Conservare la buccia dQuando sarà asciugata, tritarla grossolanamente e conservare in un barattolo.

Potrete usarla per tisane o per aggiungere un tocco di classe all'impasto di torte e pasticcini.
Durerà almeno fino all'autunno, quando saranno nuovamente disponibili le arance fresche!
