SageThese tasty fritters with sage are one of the last appetizers of the lunch. You can prepare the batter for the patties in the morning, cover it with a film and fry just before serving.


This is the 19th recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.

Zucchini and sage patties



Ingredients
150g zucchini
4-5 sage leaves
50g provolone cheese
50g chickpea flour
1 egg
50g all-purpose flour

Directions
Chop together the zucchini, sage leaves and provolone.
Add beaten egg, flour and chickpea flour.
Fry spoonful of the mixture in hot oil.

I am definitely going to make these with some of the POUNDS of zucchini I have sitting in my fridge! They look delicious.
