    Recipe: Mozzarella Salad with Herbs

    As I told you during the WHB recap, I've already tried Kalyn's recipe, Marinated Fresh Mozzarella with Herbs.
    I didn't have mozzarella pearls in the fridge, so I used mozzarella cut into cubes.

    Wild ThymeKalyn used basil and fresh oregano. I used the wild thyme in the picture, golden sage, holy basil and thai basil.

    Mozzarella Salad with Herbs

    Ingredients
    400g mozzarella
    25-30 basil leaves
    3 sprig of thyme
    5 sage leaves

    Directions
    Mince the herbs and mix with olive oil and salt. Cut mozzarella into cubes and let marinade in the herb oil.
