Recipe: Duchess potatoes with garlic sauce

Duchess potatoes are a classic recipe, you can prepare them according to your taste or simply buy prepared ones.
The garlic sauce can be prepared the day before, then warmed and placed on duchess potatoes just before serving.

This is the 18th recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.

Duchess potatoes with garlic sauce


In a saucepan mix 3 tablespoons of cream, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 minced clove of garlic and ground black pepper.
Heat until the ingredients are well combined, then garnish Duchess potatoes with the sauce.
