Il fieno greco o trigonella è una pianta aromatica coltivata principalmente per i suoi semi, dall'intenso aroma di fieno appena tagliato, usati come spezia. Anche le foglie e i germogli sono commestibili e aggiungono un gusto amarognolo a zuppe e altre ricette.
