Spices and herbs: sprouting

The seeds from indoor sowing are sprouting: I'll keep them indoor until march, when they will be transplanted.
Fenugreek seeds are a spice used mainly in indian cuisine, and fresh leaves can be eaten too.
Flax seeds are used in many vegan recipes.
Dill is an aromatic herb that can be used on fish, eggs, vegetables and pickles.
