(Ita) Ricetta: Riso aromatico invernale

Salvia, menta e prezzemolo riccioNei giorni invernali ammetto di non avere molta voglia di uscire al freddo per raccogliere le erbe aromatiche, ma il loro gusto fresco mi fornisce ogni volta delle ottime motivazioni.


Preparo spesso dei piatti di riso alle erbe aromatiche, visto che il mio partner me li chiede spesso, e ispirandomi al nome del Risotto aromatico primaverile ho creato un altro riso stagionale: questo riso aromatico invernale, con salvia, menta e prezzemolo riccio appena raccolti, da servire caldo e filante.

Ingredienti
Per due persone:
160g riso
1 pugnetto di piselli surgelati
2 rametti di menta
4 foglie di salvia
prezzemolo riccio per guarnire
30g parmigiano a scaglie
30g emmenthal o fontina
100ml panna da cucina
2-3 cucchiai gherigli di noci

Preparazione
Cuocere il riso con i piselli e scolare bene. Rimettere sul fuoco aggiungendo i formaggi e la panna e mescolare per alcuni minuti finché non iniziano a sciogliersi.
Unire le foglie di salvia e menta tritate e le noci spezzettate. Guarnire con ciuffetti di prezzemolo riccio.
