Recipe: Coriander herb-scented guacamole

Guacamole is very quick to prepare and it doesn't requires any cooking. It's the perfect nachos dip, and it can be used in many Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes.
This herb-scented guacamole with coriander and parsley is mild, but you can use more chili if you like it hot.
Coriander herb-scented guacamole
Ingredients
2 avocados
1 tomato
1 scallion
3 sprigs of cilantro
3 sprigs of parsley
1 Jalapeno pepper
lemon juice
Directions
Peel avocados and remove the cores. Peel the tomato and the scallion.
Blend all the ingredients with the food processor, and refrigerate before serving.
