    Many of you already know that I love to prepare my own herbs and spices mixtures, using many homegrown ingredients.
    Sometimes I prepare them for a specific purpose, but sometimes I'm just curious. This is the reason I made the Taco Seasoning Mix, with chili, paprika, onion, salt and aromatic herbs. I'm using it in tex-mex recipes, but also in simple ideas like this recipe.

    Hot & Spicy French Fries

    Hot & Spicy French Fries

    Peel the potatoes and cut into slices or sticks. Fry them in hot oil, until golden.
    Put on a serving plate and sprinkle with Taco Seasoning Mix.
