Thai curry pasteIt's always satisfying to prepare homemade Thai curry paste with my homegrown herbs and try new recipes with it.
This simple recipe uses the red paste, with chilies, herbs and spices, it's light and tasty.

Steamed vegetables salad with Thai seasoning

1 potato
300g cauliflower
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tbsp red thai curry paste
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 pieces of tamarind
1 tbsp coconut powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp Nuoc Mam sauce

Verdure al vaporeDirections
Cut the vegetables into cubes and steam cook them until tender.
Cover the coconut powder and the minced tamarind with two spoonfuls of boiling water and steep for a couple of minutes.
Heat the curry paste in a small pan, with peanut butter, coconut and tamarind.
Remove from heat and add soya sauce and Nuoc Mam sauce.
