Savory mousses can be prepared the day before and stored in the fridge covered with a plastic wrap.
Guests always enjoyed them, so I created this tuna mousse with parsley and chives.

This is another New Year's Appetizer with aromatic herbs.

Tuna Mousse with Aromatic Herbs

Tuna Mousse with Aromatic Herbs

Ingredients
75g tuna oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp single cream
1 tsp soy sauce
chives
parsley

Directions
Blend the tuna and herbs with a food processor, then add the butter, single cream and soy sauce.
Let rest and serve at room temperature.
