Recipe: Tuna mousse with aromatic herbs

New Year AppetizersSavory mousses can be prepared the day before and stored in the fridge covered with a plastic wrap.
Guests always enjoyed them, so I created this tuna mousse with parsley and chives.

This is another New Year's appetizer with aromatic herbs.

Tuna mousse with aromatic herbs

Tuna mousse with aromatic herbs

75g tuna oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp single cream
1 tsp soy sauce

Blend the tuna and herbs with a food processor, then add the butter, single cream and soy sauce.
Let rest and serve at room temperature.
