Recipe: Whole wheat rolls with herbed chicken kebabs

A quick meatballs recipe, with the aroma of ginger and coriander, served in whole wheat rolls.
I stuffed the panini with my homemade Pickled Purslane, it's delicious in sandwiches and salads and we have already eat it all. I wish I have made more of it.
Whole wheat rolls with herbed chicken kebabs
200g minced chicken breast
1 bunch of fresh coriander
1 clove garlic
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 red chili pepper
3-4 tbsp. breadcrumbs
2 whole wheat rolls
Mince together coriander, garlic, red chili and ginger. Mix all ingredients, shape into long meatballs and fry them in hot oil until brown.
Serve chicken kebabs in whole wheat rolls, with mayonaise and your favourite pickled vegetables.
