Recipe: Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs

I'm trying to create the perfect meatballs recipe, but I must admit that I try often different recipes, like this one, with fresh parsley, coriander and lemon zest.
Mediterranean Chicken Kebabs
400g lean ground chicken
2 sprigs of fresh parsley
2 sprigs of fresh coriander
2 garlic cloves
1 red chili pepper or chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small piece of lemon zest
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp bread crumbs
Mince together all herbs. Mix the chicken with herbs, cumin powder, olive oil, lemon juice, beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Shape into kebabs and grill until golden brown both sides.
A tip... I served the kebabs with a salad which matched their aroma: lettuce, parsley, cilantro, olive oil and cheese cut into cubes.
