Recipe: Cumin and cheese savory biscuits

Cumin seeds add their aroma to these salted biscuits with cheese. Serve them as an appetizer, or with the afternoon tea.
Cumin and cheese savory biscuits
150g all-purpose flour
10g brewer's yeast
60g grated parmesan
1 tsp. cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. Paprika
100g aged hard cheese of your choice
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, then add the flour.
Add grated parmesan, cumin and paprika, mix well, cover and let rest 2 hours.
When raised, roll the dough out thin. Use a cookie cutter to cut round shape discs.
Put a piece of cheese on each disc, then fold in half.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 10-15 minutes.
