Recipe: Avocado and cumin cheese toast

I have many ripe avocado, and I decided to prepare an avocado cheese toast. I added some cumin to have a tex-mex flavour.
Avocado and cumin cheese toast
Ingredients
Makes two cheese toasts:
4 slices of whole wheat bread
50g fresh grated cheddar or provolone
1 ripe avocado
2 tsp cumin
butter
Directions
Peel and core the avocado and mash coarsely with a fork, then season with cumin.
Spread the slices of bread with butter from one side only, then fill with two layers of cheese and the avocado cream in the middle.
Toast in a pan until golden brown and cheese is melted, then serve immediately.
