It's my first experiment with the herbal vinegars, and I started with small quantities of it. They look great, and I can't wait to taste them, to find out if they taste great too.

Aceto alle erbe

On the left: Garlic vinegar
red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic and fresh garlic leaves
chives buds
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig dill
1 sprig oreganon
2 sprigs marjoram
3 sprigs common thyme
5 dandelion leaves

On the right: Mint vinegar
cider vinegar
2 sprigs horsemint
2 sprigs calamint
1 sprig apple mint
1 sprig balm
orange peel
fresh ginger

After six weeks you should filter them and use them on salads (garlic vinegar) or mixed with honey on fruit salads (mint vinegar).
