Indian dinnerFor our indian dinner I also prepared a rice side-dish.

This is the menu:
Jalapenos with Spiced Sauce
Fried plantain with mustard seeds
Coriander Chutney
Naan with Curry
Toor Dal with mint and coriander
Basmati Rice with Coconut and Coriander

Ingredients
Serves two:
120g basmati rice
25g coconut flour
5 chives leaves
2 mint sprigs
5 cilantro sprigs
100ml white yogurt

Directions
Fry the coconut flour with two tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, until it becomes brown. Add the rice and a cup of water and cook until tender.
Season the rice with the chopped herbs and the yogurt.
