Recipe: Thai style burger
February 13, 2010
I wanted to prepare a burger with peanut butter, and finally I decided to use also the Yellow Thai curry paste that I made some days ago.
Thai style burger
2 burger buns
2 beef burgers
2 cheese slices
2 bacon slices
corn salad or other salad
For the sauce:
1 tbsp coconut powder
2 tbsp boiling water
1 tbsp thai curry paste
3 tbsp peanut butter
Pour the boiling water over the coconut powder, then add the thai curry paste and the peanut butter and mix well.
Cook the burgers and grill the bacon.
Spread the peanut sauce over the buns on both sides, then stuff with the burger, the cheese, the grilled bacon and the corn salad.
