A tasty sandwich with hummus, Praga ham and corn salad.
Hummus is an ancient egyptian sauce, prepared with chickpeas or cannellini beans, sesame paste and aromatic herbs: you can find an hummus recipe in Hummus with Summer Salad.

Praga Ham Sandwiches with Corn Salad

Ingredients
2 bread rolls
corn salad leaves
2 Praga ham slices
some spoonful of hummus

Directions
Cut the rolls in half, spread the hummus and stuff Praga ham slices and corn salad leaves.
