Appetizers with aromatic herbs

A simple recipe with uses some common aromatic herbs.
Cheese and its herbs dressing shoud rest in the refrigerator... if you can wait.

Aromatic herbs cheese


Ingredients
Serves four:
400 g fontina valdostana cheese
5 basil leaves
1 sprig of parsley
4 sage leaves
1 sprig of rosemary
1/2 clove garlic
1 pinch greek oregano
1 pinch majoram
50 ml olive oil

Directions
Mince the aromatic herbs and clove garlic. Pour the oil in a small bown and add the minced herbs.
Cut the fontina cheese into 1 cm cubes.
Put the cheese in the bowl and mix well.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
