I love korean cuisine, with its sweet sour, spiced dishes, and I try always new recipes.

Stir-fried String Beans with Sesame SeedsStir-fried String Beans with Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
200g string beans
100g minced beef
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame paste
1 baby onion
1 tsp. sugar
sesame oil

Directions
Snap off ends from string beans, and cut into 3-4 cm long pieces. Cook in salted boiling water and drain them well.
Heat sesame oil in a wok, add minced beef and sugar and fry until meat turns brown. Add beans and cook two minutes.
Remove from heat and season with minced baby onion, soya sauce and sesame paste.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
