Radish LeavesDo you remember Hummus con insalata estiva that I posted a few days ago?
This is a picture of the radishes used in ths summer salad, before the harvest.
Did you think that I wasted all these leaves?

Omelette IngredientsI gave the external leaves to my turtles.
Then I used the tender ones, with some dandelion leaves and Nira garlic, in this omelette.

What a great idea! I just bought radishes yesterday and there are tons of beautiful looking leaves on them. We don t have any nira garlic (had to google to find out that they are garlic chives ) but we DO have chives. I ve got to try this omelette. It sounds delicious.
