Recipe: Tortilla de patatas with rosemary

The original spanish Tortilla de patatas is prepared only with eggs and potatoes.
This is one of the thousand different versions that can be cooked: with onion and rosemary.
Tortilla de patatas with rosemary
Ingredients
400g potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
2 sprig of rosemary
oil
salt
Directions
Peel the potatoes and onion, then cut into thin slices. Fry in a nonstick pan with oil and salt.
Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Beat the eggs with salt and minced rosemary leaves.
Pour the egg mixture in the pan. Cook low heat 8 minutes, turn the tortilla upside down and cook 7 minutes.
