 Inca Red Drop is a Baccatum chili pepper, with red, fleshy, hot, small pods

Why grow it?:
There are other Baccatum chilies, more fleshy and tasty, but Inca Red Drop should be tried for its peculiar tear shaped pods.

These small tear shaped pods can be fried in batter and served as tapas.
