Spaghetti flagWhite, red and green are the colors of the italian flag, usually I'm not so patriotic but I really loved the combination of colors of this quick spaghettata.


Spaghetti with Lumpfish Caviar and Chives

Spaghetti with Lumpfish Caviar and Chives

Ingredients
Serves two:
200g spaghetti
200ml single cream
1/2 clove garlic
4 tbsp red lumpfish caviar
chives

Directions
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, pour the single cream in a pan with minced garlic and cook for about five minutes.
Drain well the spaghetti and season with the single cream.
Place on plates and add lumpfish caviar and chopped chives.
