Habaneros are hot chili, famous all world wide. There are many different Habaneros, different in colour but similar in hotness (from about 300,000 Scoville Units).
Standard Habanero is shaped like a small bell-pepper, but there are also Habanero of different shapes.
Habanero chilies are too hot for me, but every year I like to add new ones to my collection, I take many pictures... then I gave them to my friends!
A small Habanero: young Chinense plants are gorgeous turf of leaves, very ornamental.
Habanero Orange has wonderful hot pods, bright orange when ripe.
Hababero Red ripen from pale green to bright red. It's hot, versatile and among the most cultivated.
Make no mistake, the Habanero Chocolate does not owe its name to the taste but to the color. It's one of the hottest Habanero, productive and satisfying.
