Sauces, dressings and dips with herbs
June 29, 2010
When I sow some onion bulbs, I tought the experiment was doomed to failure.
So, I was really surprised wehen the four bulbs on the rooftop become real onions.
I wanted to give them a leading role in a recipe, and I chose the classic caramelized onions recipe, adding some fresh basil.
Caramelized onions with basil
