Recipe: Fried plantain with mustard seeds

Indian dinnerA new (vegan) recipe from the indian dinner prepared for my partner.

This is the menu:
Jalapenos with spiced sauce
Fried plantain with mustard seeds
Coriander chutney
Naan with curry
Toor dal with mint and coriander
Basmati rice with coconut and coriander

Fried plantain with mustard seeds

1 plantain
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp curry powder
vegetable oil

Peel the plantains and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Dust with flour.
Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they crackle add the plantain slices and sprinkle with curry powder.
Fry on medium flame for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown on both sides.
