Recipe: Homemade Pav Bhaji masala

Pav Bhaji is a traditional indian recipe, which consists in a fresh baked bread (Pav) with a creamy vegetable soup (Bhaji), seasoned with its own masala.
Pav Bhaji masala
Ingredients
2 cloves
1 red chili
2 cardamom pods
1 small piece of cinnamon
1 pinch cumin seeds
1 pinch coriander seeds
1 pinch fennel seeds
1 pinch amchoor
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 pinch black pepper, ground
Directions
Toast the cumin, coriander and fennel seeds.
Add the other ingredients and grind the masala.

Suggested ingredients: cloves, chili, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, fennel, amchoor, turmeric, black pepper.
