Recipe: Ginger spiced tea

My partner and I love any kind of tea, and always enjoy new mixtures. This spiced tea is one of my favourite: you can use dried ginger or a slice of fresh ginger.

Ginger spiced tea


Ingredients
Serves four:
2 tsp. Earl Grey tea
1/2 tsp. grinded cinnamon
1/2 tsp. minced ginger
4 cloves
1 l boiling water
cane-sugar

Directions
Put all ingredients in a teapot and pour in the boiling water.
Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
Add cane-sugar to taste.
