I like to watch chili peppers ripe, and take many pictures.

Carmine PepperChinense like this Carmine Pepper ripe gradually. Carmine pepper ripe from bright green to orange.


Serrano and Poblano change from dark green to red.

TabascoFrutescens chilies like this Tabasco, ripe slowly and evenly. Tabasco ripe from a pale green, to yellow, orange and finally bright red.


ExplosiveOrnamental peppers often change many colors, like this Explosive Yellow, from yellow to orange and finally to bright red...


Masquerade...or from deep purple to orange to red like the Masquerade.

vorrei sapere se raccolti verdi raggiungeranno il rosso della maturazione

Ciao Anna Maria, una volta raccolti i peperoncini continueranno a maturare di poco: se troppo verdi non matureranno, se prossimi alla maturazione diventeranno rossi (o di un altro colore a seconda delle varietà). Per accelerare questo processo è consigliato metterli in un cesto con delle mele.
