Recipe: Aji chilies and tomatoes salad

This is a classic sicilian salad, I added some chili from my rooftop.
Choose any Baccatum pepper you like, but they have to be fleshy.
Aji chilies and tomatoes salad
Ingredients
4 ripe tomatoes
1 purple onion
4 lettuce leaves
4 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp capers
5 Aji Brazilian Starfish peppers
5 Aji Habanero peppers
olive oil
salt
red vinegar
Directions
Peel and slice the onion. Wash capers and anchovy fillets carefully.
Cut the anchovie fillets and put them in a salad bowl with sliced onion, capers, a generous amount of olive oil and a spoonful of vinegar.
Cut the tomato into slices, lettuce into stripes, peppers into quarters.
Add to the seasoning, add salt to taste.
Tips
Keep in the refrigerator any seasoning leftover, and use tomorrow for a new salad, adding only fresh vegetables.
