This is a classic sicilian salad, I added some chili from my rooftop.
Choose any Baccatum pepper you like, but they have to be fleshy.

Aji Chilies SaladAji Chilies Salad

Ingredients
4 ripe tomatoes
1 purple onion
4 lettuce leaves
4 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp. capers
5 Aji Brazilian Starfish peppers
5 Aji Habanero peppers
olive oil
salt
red vinegar

Directions
Peel and slice the onion. Wash capers and anchovy fillets carefully.
Cut the anchovie fillets and put them in a salad bowl with sliced onion, capers, a generous amount of olive oil and a spoonful of vinegar.
Cut the tomato into slices, lettuce into stripes, peppers into quarters.
Add to the seasoning, add salt to taste.

Tips: keep in the refrigerator any seasoning leftover, and use tomorrow for a new salad, adding only fresh vegetables.
