Giant Horsemint leavesThis mint is called longifolia in latin, which means with long leaves but these leaves are exagerately big!
Their only fault? They're not from my garden, my uncle gave them to me.
I've got a lot to learn...


I used the horsemint in a milkshake (at least loquats are mine!)

Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
40-50 loquats, peeled and cored
1/2 glass of milk
15-20 fresh horsemint leaves (I used only those two but...)

Directions
Blend until smooth and serve in high cocktail glasses.
