Erbe in cucina - Ricetta: Uovo al tegamino con coriandolo

This spring I had plenty of fresh cilantro.
Now coriander is bolting and blooming, and its leaves can't be harvested anymore, so this is the last recipe. Like every year I will sow it again in late summer to harvest during fall.

Fried Egg with Coriander

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a small pan, then cook an egg for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with chunks of goat's cheese or other creamy cheese and fresh coriander.
Repeat with other eggs.
