I love pumkin, and every spring I'm sorry that I have to wait for the next autumn.
So, this is the last pumpkin recipe for now!
1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cut the onion into thin slices, and the pumpkin into smal cubes.
Fry the onion in a large pot for a couple of minutes, then add the pumkin.
Add a glass of water and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
Remove from heat, season with tahini and lemon juice, and garnish with sesame seeds.
