 I'm growing arugula (or rocket) in a pot, and it always amazes me with its weekly harvest of fresh leaves.
Its tangy taste is perfect with many ingredients, like ham and salami. Try it in an hot dog and you will be surprised!
Arugula caprese salad
Put two slices of ham on each plate, cover with mozzarella slices and garnish with fresh arugula leaves. Season with olive oil.
