My sage is finally ready to be harvested. I used it with artichokes, instead of the usual parsley.

Artichokes Salad with SageArtichokes Salad with Sage

Ingredients
Serves four:
6 artichokes hearts
10 sage leaves
olive oil
vinegar

Directions
Cut each artichoke heart into quarters lengthwise and boil them in salted water.
Season with sage leaves cut into stripes, olive oil and vinegar to taste.
Let set two hours before serving.

Artichokes are so pretty, yet I ve never grown them, will have to try it next year. This looks really delicious!
