(Ita) Ricetta: Pasta all'arancia

Una ricetta semplice da preparare con arance di provenienza biologica, dove l'unica accortezza è scartare con cura la parte bianca della scorza d'arancia, per evitare che il condimento abbia un retrogusto amaro.

Ingredienti
Per due persone:
160g tagliatelle
1 arancia non trattata
200ml panna da cucina
2 cucchiai di brandy
pepe nero
1 cucchiaio burro

Preparazione
Spremere l'arancia e tritare metà della scorza.
Sciogliere il burro in un tegame e farvi insaporire la scorza d'arancia per un minuto, quindi unire il succo e il brandy.
Nel frattempo, cuocere normalmente le tagliatelle.
Aggiungere la panna alla salsa all'arancia e fare restringere per qualche minuto. Aggiustare di sale.
Scolare le tagliatelle e condirle con la salsa all'arancia, porre nei piatti di portata e spolverizzare con pepe nero appena macinato.
