Dessert recipes with herbs
July 07, 2008
This year I'm growing some basil varieties, exploring many recipes with them. Cinnamon basil, with is incredible scent, it's really good as an herbal tea and this recipe is perfect for its cinnamon flavour.
Chocolate and cinnamon basil patties

Directions
Combine the manitoba flour, sugar and melted butter.
Dissolve the baking powder in the milk and add to the batter.
Spoon the batter into 12 well-buttered muffin moulds and bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 20 minutes. Remove the patties from the pan.
Melt milk chocolate, then remove from the heat.
