    (Ita) La camomilla dell'anno prima

    Ho finalmente trovato il tempo (e la voglia) di ripulire un po' il giardino.
    Tra frutti caduti, infestanti e foglie secche, ho trovato una graditissima sorpresa.

    Pianta di camomillaLa camomilla è una pianta annuale, e una volta terminata la produzione di fiori muore con i primi freddi.
    L'anno scorso mi è stato suggerito di non zappare l'aiola dopo il raccolto, perchè la pianta si sarebbe autopropagata. Ho seguito il consiglio, ma senza crederci troppo... fino a oggi, quando ho scoperto una miriade di piccole piantine già abbastanza sviluppate a Febbraio.

    L'anno scorso coltivare la camomilla è stata una bella esperienza, anche se le piante hanno patito troppo il caldo e sono state poco produttive: la tisana preparata dai fiori raccolti era squisita, molto più ricca di quelle che si trovano in commercio.
