Recipe: Cauliflower curry with coriander

This recipe of curry is made with the very first green pepper of the year, the Hot Jim Hybrid, coriander and lemons from my garden.
Cauliflower curry with coriander
Ingredients
1 small cauliflower (800g)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
4 sprig of coriander
5cm lemon zest
1 green chili pepper
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp canned tomatoes
1 tsp curry
1 tsp amchoor
100ml yogurt
Directions
Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well and set aside.
Mince together the onion, clove garlic, coriander, lemon zest and green pepper, then fry in hot oil for two minutes. Add the cauliflower cut into pieces, sautè for five minutes, then add the canned tomatoes, curry and amchur. Cook ten minutes, remove from heat and pour in the yogurt.
You can serve the curry with vapor cooked rice.
