It's harvest time for chili peppers: this is my first harvest.

Chili Harvest

The Mushroom Hybrid (I named it Hot Jim) really surprised us: it's fleshy and hot, and it tastes like a bell pepper.

Cayenne Ring of Fire peppers turned out to be really hot! Perfect for arab recipes... but to handle with care.

I was curious and I tasted also the ornamental Medusa and Masquerade peppers, but they weren't so good as the others.

Peruvian Collnew met its fate in the Hot rice salad.

Anche io mi diverto a coltivare peperoncini, un po per piacere e un po per necessità gastronomiche...
