Spices and Aromatic Herbs Mixtures

Valentine DayThis year I'm cooking a special dinner for both Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year, a romantic dinner with chinese dishes. I've cooked all day, and there's still a lot of work to do.
As usually, I had to prepare my homemade spices mixture, and the aroma is been all around for hours.

There are many different recipes for chinese five spice powder, that uses the cassia instead of cinnamon, or anise seeds.
