MarjoramI know, another marjoram recipe... but it's spring and it's so fresh that you have to use it!

Gnocchi with Bacon and MarjoramGnocchi with Bacon and Marjoram

Ingredients
400g gnocchi
1 tbsp butter
half onion
50g bacon
1 pinch of chili
2 sprig marjoram
50g fontina (or cheddar)
4 tbsp. whole yogurt

Directions
Fry the bacon in the butter one minute. Remove from the pan and cut into slices.
In the same pan, fry the minced onion, chili powder and marjoram leaves. Add yogurth and fontina cheese cut into small cubes. Stir until melted.
Add the bacon and remove from heat.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain them well when they come up and put them in the pan. Cook two minutes and serve hot.
