Recipe: Grilled tuna salad with Thai basil

Salads with aromatic herbs
July 02, 2008

Ispired by Kalyn's Leftover Salmon Salad Recipe with Yogurt and Dill, I prepared this fish salad. The ingredients are different, but the idea is the same.

Thai BasilI choose thai basil instead of dill, and it matched good with grilled tuna fish.
It was really good, thanks Kalyn!

That does sound good. This sounds like an interesting use of Thai basil, something I have a hard time using up.
