SpringSpring is finally here, and many fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs are back. Let's see some spring recipes published on Erbe in Cucina - Cooking with Herbs.

Spring aromatic herbs


Slowly during the spring, the herbs start to produce small crops, that increase as the summer approaches.
Already in March you can start harvesting chives, sage, rosemary, thyme, all the varieties of mint, marjoram and oregano.

The new sowed annuals or biennials like all the varieties of basil, cilantro, parsley, dill and all the Umbelliferae will be ready to be harvested within a few weeks from sowing.

May and June are the months when herb harvest is more intense, see all the post about harvest and store.
