Recipe: Cranberries sauce, apple sauce

I've already tried the combo apple-cranberries with the recipe apple pie with cranberries. For the last Thanksgiving I prepared this two sauces, served with the traditional turkey.
Cranberries sauce
100g dried cranberries
60g honey
50ml apple juice
30ml white or rose wine
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring often.
Blend until smooth or leave some texture.
Put in refrigerator before serving.
Apple sauce
2 apples
30ml apple juice
2 tbsp cider
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
Peel and core the apples, then cut into chunks.
Mix all ingredients and place them in a pan, then bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 20-25 minutes.
Blend the sauce and serve at room temperature.
